High-speed stamping lines with servo feeders, and our own annealing and steam-bluing furnace. Silicon brought interlocking technology to India in 1983.

Motor stator and rotor laminations by Silicon Cortech

Mumbai, India

Helical cores for EV motors, alternators, magnetos, e-bikes and aerospace actuators.

Helical stamping curls one continuous strip into a core instead of stacking separate laminations. It cuts material wastage by up to 35 to 40 percent and runs at higher speeds.

Aluminium high-pressure die-cast parts, machined and finished, ready to assemble.

Fan covers, motor casings and end shields cast, trimmed, balanced and machined under one roof, with zero-porosity air gaps and walls from 1.2 mm.
